At Bliss & Blossom Co., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Returns Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 days after we receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We Will not refund items that have been opened and used. Although some items may have defects, we reserve the right to refuse refunds for any products that were left in 70+ degree weather. We will provide a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you. Exchanges At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unopened product (if eligible) and place a new order. Non-Returnable Items Opened or used products. Gift cards or digital products.
